We constantly receive orders (and a huge amount during peak seasons) from customers who use online shopping even up to a few days before an event. If your event is very close, please advise in the -insert wedding or event date here- box during checkout of the date of your event so we can gauge as soon as an order is received if an order can be delivered in time.

During peak season our email inbox is clogged full of customers buying at the last minute before an event. The more information that is placed in all the boxes during checkout the better we can gauge if an order will reach [especially interstate destinations] you in time. We are seeing too many customers leaving the boxes blank then emailing & emailing in a panic. We cannot stress enough to give us as much information as possible during the checkout process.

All orders are freighted via Australia post using either Registered post or Express post - Please specify which you prefer in the checkout process of our site. Orders received without any preference stated are dispatched via registered post or express post..

Registered post ensures you will receive your purchases or be refunded if lost by the parcel carrier. We will not dispatch via regular post as this service has no parcel tracking or insurance.

Express post is used for rush orders if advised in the appropriate box available during the checkout process.

All orders are dispatched well padded & packaged within approx 7 days of receiving your payment. (or approx up to 14 days if out of stock products are ordered, out of stock warning sign will appear in your shopping cart if items are low is stock)

Postage within Australia is calculated by weight. Orders over $150 is FREE of postage charges. .
