Within Australia
All items are sent via Australia post registered-trackable post or express post, dispatched from our Melbourne, Australia office (A signature upon delivery is required for registered post). Unless a customer is going to be home during business hours we recommend that you use a work address for your deliveries.
All postage prices include registered, trackable or insured postage. (We will
not use the regular post service as this service is not insured or trackable)
All orders
with a total over AU$150 (within Australia) receive FREE postage,
all orders under $150 are calculated by weight automatically in checkout
Returns
Due to their
delicate nature, some of our products such as veils & food products are
not eligible for return..
Returns are available under
the following conditions:
1. Any short deliveries, incorrect supply or faulty goods must be notified by
email within 5 days of receipt.
2. Products will only be accepted for a credit, replacement or refund if authorised
by Bridal Online-Superstore. An authorisation number will be issued. Please
contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods for a parcel return authorization
number. (So we know to look out for your number to quickly exchange your product
or refund your payment)
3. Products
returned to us damaged due to poor, careless or insufficient packaging by the
customer will not be accepted
for a credit/ replacement or refund.
4. No credits/ replacements or refunds will be issued until return products are received. Change of mind after purchase and payment will attract a 25 percent of the total restocking fee, its not free to collect payments, hold items only to return the payments
5. Silver plate or Silver products are not guaranteed against tarnish - All
silver & silver plate products will eventually tarnish under normal usage
& can be affected by hair/ body sprays and lotions. Products suffering tarnish
can be restored to their original condition with the use of tarnish removing
agents such as Tarn-off.
6. All returns must quote the return authorization number, customer name &
adress and reason for return.
Exchanges
* Due to the delicate nature & hygeine issues, veils & food products
are not eligible for exchange.
Products eligible for exchange must be un-unused and have remained contained
in their packaging. Products removed from their packaging are not eligible for
exchange.
